Developer Dick Turner has announced his intention to develop the 21 acres at the south end of Hinks St., behind Walkerton District High School. Walkerton Clean Water Centre Sod Turning
Finally! After eight and a half years, the Walkerton Clean Water Centre permanent facility is soon to be a reality. On October 17th at 10a.m. a representative of the Minister of Environment, possibly MPP Carol Mitchell, is slated to dig the shovel into the ground at this long awaited ceremonial event.
